BrandNewSearch work hard at the outset to ensure that the brief is precise, realistic and comprehensive. We ensure we have a thorough understanding of our client’s business.
We do not believe in seeing ‘anyone and everyone’. Our pre-interview selection procedures are tailored to each brief we work to. We only represent candidates whom we feel will add significant value to each role. Our clients will never meet anyone whom we feel to be just ‘good enough’.
Our selected candidates are mentored to ensure that they themselves are representing the very best they have to offer. Similarly, we undertake market research for both our clients and candidates as appropriate to arm both parties with everything they need to make informed decisions.
